Cold here last night, but not as cold as some surrounding areas that went into the teens. Our low was 21.6 degrees at 1:57am. This morning saw the first ice of the year on our little pond waterfall. And, the Crepe Myrtle tree, always the last to leaf in the spring and the last to drop leaves in the fall, looks like it's been blow torched.
